Why 40Hz Therapy

As we age the brain can lose gamma brain waves, science is showing us how crucial these rhythms are to a healthy mind. This therapy is shown to stimulate the brain's gamma wave activity, supporting brain health.

Benefits of 40Hz Therapy

Research suggests increasing gamma-wave brain activity can activate processes that reduce beta-amyloid plaques, common in aging brains. Reduction of these plaques can improve memory, concentration, and learning. Increased gamma activity can also increase attention and awareness.

Non-Invasive

Safely promotes brain health without the use of medications or invasive procedures.

Backed by Science

40Hz gamma brain therapy is supported by a combination of preclinical and clinical research, highlighting its potential to support cognitive functions.

No Setup

No complicated instructions. Just charge your device and enjoy the sounds.

Precisely Calibrated

Scientifically engineered, Clarity devices deliver light or sound that pulses at exactly 40Hz for best results.

The Science Behind 40Hz

Gamma waves are specific brain rhythms linked to attention and memory. In cases of cognitive decline, these rhythms are altered and often correlate to the buildup of abnormal protein plaques that interfere with neuron function.

Luckily, recent advances offer new possibilities. Researchers at top brain health institutions have turned their attention to light and sound therapy as a potential solution. They found that exposure to flickering light or sound can encourage the brain to produce healthy gamma waves.

Nice idea- some design improvements would be better

"I like this convenience of a stand alone device with the neck lanyard option. It has a set program of 1 hr with a voice msg indicating start, which seems unnecessary- why not just loop 40Hz tones? The buttons are odd/finiky for fast forward- not sure why that would be used as only need to pause/stop/start so unsure what those forward/back buttons are for. Design Con is the unique charger - unfortunately this was misplaced so cant charge it until I find it; no idea how to obtain a replacement, and a standard charging cord would have been a better design choice. I hope cable compatibility will be considered in the future for charging. The storage case is nice and convenient; unfortunately that was also misplaced along with the charging cable."
